Agent Tasks
Give ISMS Copilot a job on your Notion pages and Chat threads. The agent reads first, writes only with your permission, and you can rewind a write it just made.
Agent Tasks is the in-app agent. You describe a bounded job. It works in your Notion workspace and in Chat threads you name. It is not Beyond mode, and it is not the account MCP connection used by Claude Code or Cursor.
What you need
- An ISMS Copilot account with Tasks available on your plan.
- For Notion work: connect Notion (Agent) under Settings. That connection is separate from any personal Notion login you already use in Chat.
- For Chat-thread work: name the thread in the prompt, or pick it when the agent asks.
Start a task
- Open Tasks in the sidebar.
- Choose Ask or Auto before you send.
- Describe the job in plain language. Name the Notion pages or Chat threads it should use.
- Watch the activity list. The agent lists what it reads before it proposes a write.
- In Ask, approve or reject each write. In Auto, additive appends and creates on pages already in play can go through; archives and other destructive steps still wait for you.
- After a succeeded write, Rewind undoes that write: an append is compensated, a created page is moved to Notion trash.
Name the pages and threads in the prompt. If you do not name any, the agent starts from a short list of recent Chat threads instead of walking your whole Notion workspace.
Ask vs Auto

You can change Ask or Auto on the home screen before you start, and in the thread footer. Shift+Tab also toggles it.
Continue a task
Type under an open task to keep going on the same job ("fix that heading", "also add the owner field"). That continues the same task. It does not start a new one.
Done closes the task without running it again.
What it will not do
- It will not silently trash or overwrite Notion pages.
- It will not use your Chat Notion connection as the Agent Notion connection. Connect Notion (Agent) in Settings.
- It will not act as Claude Code inside your repo. For that, use Connect ISMS Copilot to Claude Code.
- Beyond mode stays in Chat. Tasks is a separate surface.
If something looks wrong
- Use Rewind on the write card for a write that just landed.
- Disconnect Notion (Agent) in Settings if you want to stop all further Agent writes.
- Contact support with the task id from the thread. Do not paste customer names or emails into public tickets.
