Migrating from ISMS Copilot v1 to v2.0

ISMS Copilot v1 was the legacy Bubble app formerly at app.ismscopilot.com. That product was retired. The hostname app.ismscopilot.com now redirects to the platform console (platform.ismscopilot.com). The current chat product is at chat.ismscopilot.com.

Create a current account

v1 accounts do not log you into chat or platform automatically (separate systems).

  1. Open chat.ismscopilot.com and sign up (same email as v1 is fine).
  2. Follow Creating your account.
  3. For API / partner embed work, use platform.ismscopilot.com.

Legacy billing or Premium goodwill

Self-service “already-customer” coupon pages on Bubble are gone with v1.

If you were a paying v1 customer and believe you are still owed Premium on chat:

  1. Create or sign in to your chat account.
  2. Contact support at chat.ismscopilot.com/support with the email used for the old subscription.
  3. Support will check billing history and apply any goodwill upgrade if applicable.

Do not expect the old Bubble app UI or /already-customer flows to return.

What happened to app.ismscopilot.com?

  • Before: Bubble-hosted v1 product.
  • Now: Permanent redirect to platform.ismscopilot.com (host-level). Deep Bubble paths are not preserved as product pages.
