How partner referrals are credited

Some consultants, trainers and creators recommend ISMS Copilot as partners. If you arrive through a partner's link (a link that contains ?via=), we ask you whether that partner sent you, so we can credit them if you subscribe. It is your choice, and it does not change what you pay.

What you see

A short question appears on the page:

"Were you sent by a partner? Let us credit them if you subscribe."

• Yes, credit them: the partner is credited on your account.
• No thanks: nothing is recorded.

Visitors who arrive without a partner link never see the question.

No cookie

We never set a cookie or use browser storage for partner referrals, before or after your answer. Until you answer, the link is used only to show the question: nothing about it is stored on your device, recorded or sent anywhere. We do not remember your answer on your device, so a later partner link asks again.

If you say yes

• We record on your account the partner's link name, the partner it belongs to and the time of your answer.
• If you are not signed in yet, a random one-time code (valid for 2 hours, usable once) carries your answer through sign-up and sign-in instead of the partner link.
• The first partner you credit stays credited. A later link from another partner does not replace it.
• 60 days: the partner earns a commission only if your first qualifying subscription payment is made within 60 days of your answer.

What the partner sees

The partner never receives your name or email address. When a credited account pays for a subscription, we send our partner platform, Tolt, only pseudonymous identifiers (a customer id and the charge ids), the amounts that earn a commission and the product name, so the partner can be paid. Refunds and chargebacks are sent too, so the commission is reversed. Top-ups, extra usage, API credits and Team plans are never sent.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@ismscopilot.com. We stop crediting your future payments and delete the referral record. Commissions on earlier payments are not affected.
