See usage by team member

Team Owners and Admins can see how much of the shared usage pool each member used in the current session and the last 30 days, and export it as CSV.

On a team, everyone draws from one shared usage pool. Team Owners and Admins can see how much each member used, so they can understand where the pool goes.

Who can see it

  • Owners (including the Primary owner) and Admins see usage by member.
  • Members do not. They still see the team's shared totals.

See Team roles and invitations for what each role can do.

Open it

  1. Open Settings and select Usage.
  2. Below Team Usage, find Usage by member.

What it shows

One row per current member, with their email and role, sorted by most usage over the last 30 days:

ColumnWhat it means
Session creditsCredits the member used in the current 4-hour window
30-day creditsCredits from the included session the member used in the last 30 days
Extra creditsExtra usage credits the member used in the last 30 days

On the Unlimited plan there is no credit gauge, so the first two columns show Session requests and 30-day requests instead. A request is one chat turn or one document generation job, so it is not a count of conversations.

People who have left the team are grouped in one Former members row, without names or emails.

This view shows usage numbers only. It never shows chat content, conversation titles or files. Upload and Agent Task allowances are shown only as team totals in Team Usage.

Export as CSV

Click Export CSV to download a file named team-member-usage-YYYY-MM-DD.csv. It has the numbers shown on screen plus the underlying request and token counts. There is one row per member, and a Former members row when people who left used part of the pool. The columns are:

email, role, window_requests, window_credits, window_tokens, period_days, period_requests, period_credits, period_tokens, period_extra_credits, period_extra_tokens

window_ columns cover the current 4-hour window and period_ columns cover the last 30 days. On Unlimited, window_credits and period_credits are empty.
